Santan Mountain, upon completion, will feature over 850 slot machines and board games, including mini-baccarat, craps, and roulette. A special High Limit Gaming Salon may also be a permanent feature.
The new casino will encompass a nearly 7,000-square-foot BetMGM Sportsbook and bar, effectively expanding the casino floor. Additionally, the establishment will provide luxurious seating and numerous large-screen TVs for sports enthusiasts to enjoy live games. This will serve as another accessible location for sports betting within Arizona.
In addition, the new building will feature diverse dining options, a table for entertainment at the center of the gaming area, and 6,000 square feet of usable space.

The Gila River Indian Community is set to own their fourth casino, which is included in the April 2021 gaming compact amendments that introduced sports betting.
Tribe Governor Stephen Roe Lewis stated that the opening of a third blackjack will increase the income, security, and essential services for Community members.
Governor Lewis states that Santan Mountain will enhance our standing in the gambling and hospitality industry as we expand our entertainment empire. He also suggests it will increase revenue, sustainability, and vital services for our Community members.
Furthermore, Governor Lewis has stated that the job will create hundreds of new employment opportunities. He expects that most of these positions will be filled by members of the local community. Starting in July, casino officials plan to hire around 700 team members from the surrounding neighborhood.
